Book 1 of the Mist City! Misfits Series

60,360 words

Katie arrives in Mist City with nothing but a backpack. She finds everything she wasn’t expecting: an old craftsman house overrun with wild flowers and willow trees, queer roommates, and chosen family.

But what she left behind has a way of resurfacing at the worst possible moments.

Set in the heat of 1990s butch-femme culture at the intersection of punk and queer, how reckless will Katie have to be to survive?
